Sieving Analysis Automation

Collect’s Sieving Analysis Automation Method allows the operator to collect initial sample weights, tare weights and measured weights from various sized sieves to the same spreadsheet. As data is being collected, built in formulas calculate results, graph the sample weight distribution and cumulative percent retained, and flag results that are out of a user-defined range. This process can be completely automated as well with timed-interval data collection:
