Connect to any LIMS from the Galaxie Client

“Create Sequence” is a new menu item that LimsLink CDS adds to the Galaxie client that lets analysts automatically collect a list of pending samples from any LIMS - with a single mouse click.

• Analyst can choose to view and edit the sequence before transferring it to Galaxie to ensure it is complete and accurate.
• Standards, check samples and replicates can be automatically inserted creating a Galaxie sequence that is ready to run.
• Interfacing methods can be setup and saved for specific analyses, analysts or analytical groups.

The new “Method Setup” menu option in the Galaxie client gives authorized users access to configuration screens that use drop-down menus and check boxes to define how sample information will be extracted from LIMS.

Simplify Reporting to LIMS

The LimsLink CDS Galaxie interface acts like a print driver, electronically capturing any Galaxie report. The results of any calculations that are done by Galaxie while generating the report are also captured automatically and can be included in the data that is sent to LIMS.

Securely Integrated with Galaxie Security

Access to the LimsLink CDS menu items is controlled by Galaxie security, eliminating the need to logon separately to use the interface.

More Than Just Data Reporting

LimsLink CDS does much more than just collect and transfer Galaxie results. Peak data is passed through the LimsLink engine for processing before it is sent to LIMS. At this stage, additional calculations can be performed, limits can be checked, peaks can be filtered so only correct components are reported, components can be renamed, etc.
