Embedded Interface Connects Agilent’s Cerity to any LIMS

Labtronics Inc., a world leader in laboratory data integration and management solutions is pleased to announce a LimsLink CDS Embedded Interface for Agilent’s Cerity that integrates Cerity with any LIMS, from right inside the Cerity client.

This embedded interface adds new functionality to the Cerity XML Import. Clicking on the “Import Samples/Sequences” menu item in the Cerity Client now initiates a process that automatically retrieves worklists and sample information from LIMS. LimsLink CDS automatically expands these LIMS worklists to include standards, check samples and replicates and then uploads the full sequence to Cerity - ready to run.

After the sequence has been analyzed, LimsLink CDS electronically captures any Cerity report, automatically extracts the information that goes to LIMS and transfers that information to any LIMS.
