Implementation Services

Training Services

Labtronics provides in-depth training for our products. Our training courses are delivered by experienced specialists in a classroom environment at your site. The training uses real world examples relevant to your workflow and provides extensive hands-on practice with the software.

Our training courses ensure that system administrators and users are prepared to implement our software in their environment to improve their efficiency and workflow.

System administrators will be able to utilize and implement the configuration, security and audit trail features and functionality to meet the needs and requirements of their workflow.

Additionally, administrators will be able to create comprehensive solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.

Users will be able to work in a comfortable and standardized environment with an easy to navigate application GUI.

Validation Services

Labtronics’ software is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant and, as such, can be validated for regulated industries. Labtronics offers scaleable, validation services that can be tailored to meet an organization’s validation requirements.

The basic service includes provision of a Validation Toolkit containing comprehensive IQ and OQ scripts. These are designed to test basic software operation and administration, as well as 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Further available services include authoring of a Validation Plan, detailed Method Specifications, customized Method Qualification and Performance Qualification scripts, Traceability Matrices, Summary Reports and script execution. Any or all of these elements of a comprehensive validation package may be combined. Labtronics will work with the client to ensure adherence to the format and content of the validation documents as described by their Standard Operating Procedures.

Pre-LIMS Consulting
Pre-LIMS Consulting by Labtronics minimizes mistakes, resulting in a smoother and more effective implementation of the LIMS and the instrument interfaces. The savings will more than offset the cost of the Pre-LIMS services.
