Support Portal Update

As part of the acquisition of Labtronics by PerkinElmer Inc., our Support Portal has been merged with the CambridgeSoft Support Portal in order to consolidate technical support across the full line of PerkinElmer Informatics products.

First time users of the new Support Portal will be asked to register for a CambridgeSoft account. In addition to providing access to the Support Portal, a CambridgeSoft account will open up opportunities to access free trial software, software updates and manuals, scientific white papers, articles and videos.

The Support team members that you have been working with look forward to continuing to provide the highest level of support for the applications you are using. All historical data regarding previous support tickets is still available to the support team.
